We, at Decor2Style, do our best to provide quality products either from our own brand or from our merchants. The items undergo quality checking before proceeding to shipment. Hence, should there be any instance or occurrence of dissatisfaction with the products received, you are free to raise your concerns following below protocols:

Return Policy

Decor2Style only accepts returned items with a maximum of seven days upon receiving it. Any intended return beyond seven days will no longer be entertained and will be forfeited.

You are allowed to return the item with below issues or concerns:

  • Wrong item

  • Defective item

  • Wrong size

  • Missing accessories, freebies, or any items as described upon purchase

  • Damaged items such as broken item or torn packaging

  • Not as advertised wherein the product description doesn’t match the actual item

  • Branded items that don’t match the specifications (counterfeit)

When Returning an Item

Please be reminded with below protocols before sending the items back to our store. Any non-compliance to do so may be a reason for rejection:

  • Pack all the items received: the item ordered, all accessories, freebies, manual, user guide, and the invoice.

  • Pack it on the complete packaging as received and indicate the tracking number outside.

  • Ship the item back to us.

Item Shipment

Please take note that you are responsible for any shipping cost of the item and is nonrefundable. If you are authorized for a refund, we will be deducting it from your end.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the returned item, our personnel will be evaluating it with the below criteria:

  • It matches the raised concern

  • There is no physical damage either from accident or intentional

  • The item is completely packaged and with exactly the same condition when you receive it

Upon approval, we will be providing a refund to your account that may take several days, depending on the mode of payment. If the refund will not push through, we will also be sending a notification to inform you, including the reason for rejection.
